Everything about Atlanta's Suhoor Festival and Halal World Festival — dates, tickets, halal policy, parking, and more.
What is a suhoor festival?
A suhoor festival is an overnight food festival held during Ramadan, timed around suhoor — the pre-dawn meal eaten before the day's fast begins. Instead of ending at sunset like most festivals, it comes alive late at night.
Atlanta's Suhoor Festival runs 10 PM to 5 AM with 120+ halal food vendors, desserts, and late-night eats at Gwinnett Place Mall — one of the biggest halal events in the Southeast, drawing 20,000+ guests.
When is the next Suhoor Festival in Atlanta?
February 12–13, 2027, 10 PM–5 AM both nights, at Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth, GA. Full details →
Before that, the same team hosts the Atlanta Halal World Festival on Labor Day weekend — September 5–6, 2026, 2 PM–9 PM both days. See World Fest →
Where is it held? Is parking free?
Both festivals are held at Gwinnett Place Mall, 2100 Pleasant Hill Rd, Duluth, GA 30096 — in Gwinnett County, metro Atlanta, just off I-85. Parking on-site is free.
Is the food halal?
Yes — 100%. Every vendor at Suhoor Festival and World Festival serves halal food only. It's the foundation of both events, and we're Atlanta's biggest fully-halal festivals. Why halal matters to us →
Do I need tickets? Where do I buy them?
Yes. Tickets are sold on this website and in the Suhoor Festival app (iOS + Android). Premium skip-the-line tickets are available in the app only. Your ticket QR codes arrive by email and live in the app's wallet.
Is this the same Suhoor Festival as the ones in other states?
No. Several cities around the country have events called "suhoor festival," but Atlanta's Suhoor Festival — run by Salient Media LLC at Gwinnett Place Mall — is independent of all of them. We're Georgia's original and only Suhoor Festival.
What's the difference between Suhoor Festival and World Festival?
Same team, same venue, two seasons. Suhoor Festival is the overnight Ramadan festival (10 PM–5 AM, February). Atlanta Halal World Festival is the daytime Labor Day weekend festival (2 PM–9 PM, September) with food, culture, and family activities.
Is it family-friendly?
Yes. Both festivals are family-friendly, with food, desserts, and activities for all ages. World Festival runs during the day; Suhoor Festival is overnight, so plan accordingly for young kids.
What is the Premium Pass?
The Premium Pass ($22) covers entry on both days of World Festival plus skip-the-line express entry. It's sold in the app — and it comes free with every "Our Ummah" jersey from the merch store.
How do I become a vendor?
Apply at suhoorfestival.com/vendors. Booths regularly sell out — recent events hit a 97% vendor sell-out — so apply early.
