All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds. No returns. No cancellations.
This Returns and Refunds Policy ("Policy") governs every transaction with Salient Media LLC dba Suhoor Festival ("Suhoor Festival," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any ticket, vendor slot, merchandise, sponsorship, or other item from us, you agree to be bound by this Policy in full.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No exchanges. No refunds. No returns. No cancellations. This applies regardless of reason, circumstance, weather, scheduling change, personal change of plans, or any other factor. Once a purchase is made, the transaction is complete and irrevocable.
2. No Resale on Your Behalf
We will never resell, redistribute, or otherwise offload a ticket on behalf of a customer who no longer wants it. Tickets purchased are yours; we do not buy them back.
3. No Third-Party Discounts
We do not honor any third-party discounts, coupons, vouchers, or promotional codes from sources other than ourselves. All transactions are direct with Suhoor Festival.
4. Waiver of Refund, Return, Exchange, Cancellation, and Chargeback Rights
By purchasing any item from us — including but not limited to tickets, vendor slots, merchandise, and sponsorships — the buyer, whether a general attendee, member of the media, public figure, politician, vendor, business, or any other party, immediately and irrevocably waives their right to request a refund, return, exchange, cancellation, or chargeback in connection with that purchase.
5. Terms You Accept by Purchasing
By purchasing, the buyer immediately agrees to all of the following terms, including but not limited to:
- Appearing in our photos, videos, livestreams, and promotional content, both during and after the festival, in any medium and for any purpose, without further compensation.
- Abiding by all festival rules, policies, and codes of conduct, which we may set, change, add to, or enforce at our sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.
- Being subject to removal from the premises if we, in our sole discretion, deem removal necessary or appropriate.
6. Purchasing a Ticket Does Not Guarantee Entry
Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee entry. We reserve the full and unconditional right to deny entry to, remove, or eject any person who, in our sole judgment, poses a threat, behaves disruptively, violates our policies, fails to comply with security or staff direction, or for any other reason we determine — including reasons not enumerated here. Removal, ejection, or denial of entry does not entitle anyone to a refund.
7. Chargebacks and Bank Disputes Are Prohibited
Chargebacks and bank disputes are strictly prohibited.
If a buyer files a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their bank, card issuer, or any other financial institution:
- We will submit this Policy, the buyer's acceptance of these terms at the time of purchase, and proof of the transaction as evidence in our favor.
- We will pursue legal action against the buyer to recover the disputed amount and any associated costs.
- We will file a formal claim through our legal representative for any chargeback or dispute attempted.
- The buyer may be subject to additional penalties, including but not limited to collections, fees, court costs, and attorneys' fees.
8. Our Obligation
Our sole obligation to the customer, in exchange for any purchase, is to hold the festival. The customer's obligation, in exchange, is to follow our policies and accept these terms in full. No other obligation, expressed or implied, applies.
9. Severability and Acceptance
If any provision of this Policy is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of this Policy in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, do not make a purchase.
